Selection Process
The selection process for CSBC Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2023 consists of the following stages:
- Written Exam: The exam will be of 100 marks, which will include subjects like Hindi, English, Mathematics, Social Science, Science and General Knowledge.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who qualify the written examination will have to undergo PET which consists of running, high jump and shot put.
- Physical Standard Test (PST): Measurement of height, chest and weight as per standards prescribed by CSBC.
- Document Verification: Verification of all the required documents and certificates.

Pay Scale
